PlaneLists uses FAA airmen data to find pilots whose medical is coming due near your practice, and mails them your postcard every month. We design your postcard for you, with your headshot, logo and practice details.
Between exams, pilots move, switch AMEs, or forget who they saw last time. A postcard timed to their renewal puts your practice in front of them while they're choosing — without adding anything to your day.
Self-service is for Senior AME practices that want steady local outreach without a managed program or a marketing hire.
Without a deliberate way to reach pilots between exams, new patients depend on whoever happens to remember your practice when their medical is due. Self-service gives that a system.
Senior AMEs running an established practice who want a recurring, low-maintenance channel for new pilot patients — set up once, not managed weekly.
If you'd rather hand the whole thing off — market strategy, custom creative, a dedicated contact — that's the managed HIMS AME program, not self-service.
You control the dashboard. We handle the data, printing, and mailing behind it.
Pilots typically book 30 to 90 days before their medical expires, so results build over the first few months. Give it three.
Run campaigns for three consecutive months, mailing at least 100 postcards each month, or every eligible pilot in your area if that's fewer. If you're not satisfied for any reason, cancel before your fourth month's billing date and request your refund. We'll refund all three months of your subscription ($447). Postcards already mailed aren't refunded. Once your fourth month is billed, the guarantee no longer applies.
Every month, about 14,000 U.S. pilots see their FAA medical expire — whether or not an AME is reaching them.
I love the service you provide and make it easier for me to reach pilots in a trusted way. Postcards definitely still work.
Backed by our 90-day guarantee. We'll design your postcard within one business day of receiving your details.
